US SHIPPING
We use standard ground shipping, which means the product(s) will typically arrive in 2-8 business days via a trackable shipping carrier (DHL, UPS, USPS, etc). Orders are shipped, on average, within 24-48 hours from the time that the order was placed. Delivery times will vary upon the items ordered. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information are accurate.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Shipping costs range depending on your location. Please contact us for a shipping quote. Orders typically take 10-21 business days.
*Please note, customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.
UK shipments Special Notice: Great Britain orders are dispatched from the UK and delivered via Royal Mail with full tracking information. Please allow 4-7 business days for delivery.
*All VAT/Taxes are included in your shipping cost. You will NOT be subject to further VAT/Taxes when your package is delivered.
Canadian shipments Special Notice: Canadian order delivered via Canada Post with full tracking information. Please allow 4-7 business days for delivery.
*All Duties/Taxes are included in your shipping cost. You will NOT be subject to further Duties/Taxes.
RETURNS
You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 14 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.
We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

All returns must be shipped back to Sothiana.com using a trackable courier (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation).
Any package that has not been received by Sothiana.com and tracking information cannot be provided will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.
If your package is returned to Sothiana.com marked as "refused," "unclaimed," or "undeliverable," and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a 8.95 re-shipping fee.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, or returned packages, unless we made an error.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skin care, Haircare, or Makeup items due to heath reasons. Please make your selections carefully.
CANCELLATION

DOT RESTRICTIONS ON AIR SHIPPING
Restricted items include: Aerosol-type products, pressurized spray cans, such as: hairspray and shaving cream.
In compliance with DOT rules restricted items require ground-only delivery. Sothiana.com does not ship DOT-restricted items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO or international addresses.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If an item is not on our website, we do not currently have it in stock. Subsequently, from time to time, we are not able to fulfill your order. You will be notified via email for any item that is out of stock and a credit will be issued to your account/credit card.
